BAY VIEW VILLA, Balchik
Simple, traditional villa with 4 bedrooms (sleeps to 9), looking towards Balchik Bay.
Bay View Villa is well named. Sit on the balcony and look over a mass of fruit trees and flowering bushes to beautiful Balchik Bay. The villa sits in its own very large gardens, ideal for children to play in, and yet is within walking distance of the beaches. Accommodation is more traditional Bulgaria than very modern, with simple neat and clean facilities. The friendly owners look after the property well and welcome their guests with traditional Bulgarian hospitality.

There are 9 single beds distributed in 4 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. A shower block is provided beside the villa (there is an internal shower and WC, and 2 more external ones), and there is partial air-conditioning. Patio to front and barbecue area to side. Although the villa has its own kitchen, there are many very cheap but good quality restaurants in the locality. So, forget the cooking and washing up and have all your meals out! Also, at the bottom of the garden is a little shop - very handy for breakfast bread and milk. The large gardens are a paradise for letting children run free, whilst you sit at the outside table and sip some of the home made Bulgarian brandy. With the riot of plants and trees all around, there's a sub-tropical feel to this property that will relax and delight the senses.
With all the natural greenery around, you'd think the villa was in the countryside. In fact, it's in Balchik resort and ideally located to access the town's extensive range of facilities.
It's not surprising that Balchik is attracting increasing numbers of tourists and holiday home buyers. It offers an appealing mix of history, traditional fishing port and modern tourism. The long promenade in Balchik has seen many recent improvements, with cafes to sit and watch from, and restaurants with seating areas on poles over the lapping sea. There's a water park too, with swimming pool. Or hire one of the sun canopies on the beaches to swim and sun bathe.

 This imposing property sits high, in a quality villa neighborhood just off the main road entering Balchik, with views from the first floor towards the Bay. It offers an economical choice for those seeking temporary accommodation in this popular resort area. A walk up a flower sided path brings one to the front sun terrace, which makes a pleasant spot to rest and admire the verdant gardens, and to entrance.
Accommodation is simple but modern and well presented by the landlady. Downstairs there is a dining and kitchen area and sitting room. Upstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom available for rent, providing space for a total of 7 persons. Villa is rented by the bed. Breakfast isn't usually included in price, but there's a little shop 50 yards away which sells bread, milk and other supplies. Beach front is 1 mile and town centre a bit more.
